The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Bayelsa State, has commended the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), His Excellency, Chief Barr. Nyesom Ezenwo Wike, CON, for the remarkable transformation taking place across the Federal Capital Territory under his leadership.
The Bayelsa PDP notes with pride the numerous road projects, interchanges, urban renewal initiatives, and critical infrastructure developed by the Federal Capital Territory Administration (FCTA), many of which have been declared ready for commissioning as part of activities marking the third anniversary of the administration of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
The State Chairman of the party, Hon. Barr. Alabh George Turnah, MON, described the scale of development witnessed in Abuja as a clear demonstration of purposeful leadership, administrative capacity, and a firm commitment to delivering tangible benefits to the people.
According to Hon. Turnah, the transformation of key road networks, the opening up of satellite communities, and the ongoing modernization of critical public infrastructure have significantly enhanced the status of Abuja as Nigeria’s capital city and one of Africa’s fastest-growing urban centres.
He stated that irrespective of political affiliations, excellence, competence, and outstanding public service deserve recognition, noting that Chief Wike as National Leader of the PDP has distinguished himself as a result-oriented administrator in the president Tinubu’s APC administration and his impact is visible across the FCT.
The Bayelsa PDP Chairman further expressed confidence that the projects scheduled for commissioning will not only improve transportation, economic activities, and access to opportunities for residents but will also stand as enduring legacies of visionary leadership.
The party congratulates Chief Nyesom Wike on the successful execution of these landmark projects and encourages him to remain steadfast in his commitment to service, development, and nation-building.
