The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Bayelsa State chapter, has passed a vote of confidence on its State Chairman, Hon. Chief Alabh George Turnah, MON, Esq., commending his leadership and achievements since assuming office.

The decision followed extensive deliberations by party leaders, who praised Turnah’s efforts in strengthening party structures, promoting inclusivity, improving members’ welfare and repositioning the PDP for greater political relevance.

The leaders also highlighted his focus on grassroots engagement, internal cohesion and broader participation in party affairs, describing his leadership as focused and result-oriented.

The vote of confidence, they said, reflects renewed trust in Turnah’s capacity to lead the party to greater strength and electoral success.

The motion was moved by the State Auditor, Hon. Amain Oyeintari, and seconded by the State Financial Secretary, Hon. Erempagamo Eke-Spiff.
