I heartily congratulate the Governor of Bayelsa State, His Excellency, Senator Douye Diri, and his beloved family on the joyous occasion of the wedding of his daughter, Dr. Stephanie Ebidenere Diri, to her heartthrob, Ballad Tamaradoubra Agbeyei.
