Turnah Condoles Omemu Over Brother’s Death

The Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Bayelsa State, Hon. Chief Alabh George Turnah, MON, has paid a condolence visit to former PDP South-South Zonal Secretary, Prof. Felix Omemu, over the death of his brother.

Turnah, who described the deceased as a loss to the family and society, said his legacy of impact would remain a lasting testimony to his life.

Speaking on behalf of the Bayelsa PDP, Turnah expressed solidarity with the Omemu family, stressing that political differences should not affect genuine relationships.

“At the end, we’re one,” he said, adding that he holds Prof. Omemu in high esteem.Responding, Omemu described Turnah as a “dear brother” and commended his courage, commitment to humanity and value for relationships.

He thanked the PDP chairman for the condolence visit, saying their bond remains strong despite their current political differences.
